Advanced Copy using Tags

• Add tags to your files first, using the file properties (batch-mode) or within MS Word itself (single mode)
• Select the tagged Files
• Select Copy Files >> Special Copy >> to Tags from the menu
• The selected files will be copied to a new Folder-structure based on the Tags of the files

Install Windows Apps

• Move your mouse over the NetFlix button to open the pop-up menu for instructions
• Press CLTR+SHIFT and click on the button to open the MicroSoft Store
• Install the Free NetFlix application
• Now click on the button again to open the app

Print the content structure of a Folder

• Select the Folder first
• Click on Print Folder
• In the Preview screen, set/filter the desired objects to print

Multi Rename Files like Photos, MP3 etc.

• Select one or more Files/Photos/MP3 etc. first
• Click on Multi Rename
• Create a rename Mask: i.e. 5_2 8
  • 5 = Photo
  • 2 = Adds a counter
  • 8 = Adds the City the Photos was taken
• Click on Rename

Variables that can be used

Country, City, Street, Address

Song Title, Artist, Album, Genre

Other options: replace text, use substrings, set case using separator

Preview and Edit multiple MS Office files in separate panels

• Select a file first
• Click on Viewer
• Select another file
• Click on Viewer while holding down CTRL-key to open the file in a new panel in the other pane
• Click on Viewer while holding down SHIFT-key to open the file in a new panel in the same pane

Create Multiple Folders at once

• Click on New Folders
• Enter the Root folders in the left memofield and the subfolders in the right memofield
• Click on save to Database to use the template again
• Click on Create Folders

Internet Search using a Database

• Select Advanced Search from the Internet Tab
• Click on Advanced Search
• Click on Append New Search
• Enter a meaningful description for the Search Query Data record
• Enter the search parameters and select the desired Searchengine
• Option: enter Query Notes in the memo field
• Click on Post edit (triangle icon) to save the record
• Click on Search
